First Time Home Buyers Kayleigh and Ryan
All About Kayleigh and Ryan
Kayleigh and Ryan, first time home buyers , have been living in apartments in the Sandy Springs and Buckhead area of North Atlanta. Both are avid tennis players and own a cute cat named Mia. In purchasing their first home they wanted to be in the city center of Alpharetta and close to Georgia Highway 400 for an easy drive to both their office locations near The Battery in Smyrna, Georgia.
Why The Mary Ellen Vanaken Team?
The young couple searched for a real estate team that would guide them as first time home buyers. They had heard about The Mary Ellen Vanaken Team and were told that they are the best in Alpharetta. Kayleigh and Ryan liked that the team of agents actually live, work and play in the area and provide great knowledgeable service. Listing and Buyer Specialist Susan Jennings took the couple under her wing and guided them every step of the way and made the process so smooth.
What Stuck Out To You?
"The excitement of an easy closing and moving into our first home was awesome!"
Kayleigh and Ryan fell in love with the creative floor plan The Hathaway in The Maxwell a new community in downtown Alpharetta. The onsite agent with The Providence Group let them know when the building was going to be released for pre-sales. The young couple signed within days of the release as there were only 5 units of this plan in the new building. Their contract was to build in July of 2022 and closed September 20, 2023.
They were greatful to not have any surprises as The Providence Group and Susan Jennings kept them informed throughout the entire build time.
