Couple Ready To Downsize
The McCullion’s were referred by a neighbor and previous client of Mary Ellen Vanaken’s. They had built their home 20 years ago and put in place many upgrades including an inground pool. After having raised their children and seeing them off to college, the couple decided it was time to sell and downsize.
One of the challenges with downsizing was finding a donation center that would accept the offering of their large furniture pieces. All stayed in their own cars and the attorney marked his car with a big bow so everyone could easily find him. The clients pulled up next to the attorney's car as he was then able to pass the closing documents between the cars.
